Job summary

Weeks Marine is seeking a Senior Project Manager for NY/NJ construction initiatives based out of Cranford, NJ. The role leads project teams across field operations, ensuring safe, on-time delivery within budget, and maintains strong relationships with owners and subcontractors.

Responsibilities include steering financial performance, coordinating scheduling, and managing staffing while upholding safety and quality standards across infrastructure, marine, and related projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in managing construction projects, especially infrastructure, bridges, docks, or marine.
• Ability to travel and relocate as needed.
• Ability to read and understand project owner specifications and engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain healthy safety culture and compliance with safety policies.
• Oversee and ensure the project meets financial objectives by monitoring development stages.
• Coordinate meetings with area superintendents and project engineers to plan means, methods, and schedules.
• Manage all field operations and work sequences with the Project Executive.
• Review estimates and plans to determine job costs, staffing, and resource allocation.
• Approve monthly job cost updates, cash flow projections, and change orders.
