Job summary

Weeks Marine is seeking a Senior Project Manager for its Field Operations. The role oversees project administration, superintendents, and engineers to direct a construction project’s direction, completion, and financial outcome.

The position is based in Cranford, NJ with NE region projects; relocation as needed is expected to support project delivery and career development within Weeks Marine’s marine division.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing construction projects with a proven track record in infrastructure, bridges, docks, and marine.
• Undergraduate degree in construction engineering, construction management, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety culture and compliance with safety policy.
• Ensure financial objectives by overseeing project development.
• Coordinate meetings with superintendents and engineers to plan means, methods, and schedules.
• Manage field operations and staffing with Project Executive.
• Review estimates to determine costs, procedures, staffing, and resource allocation.
• Oversee monthly cost updates and cash flow projections; review and negotiate change orders.
• Lead a project management team and set goals.
• Ensure safety, quality, and production are maintained.
• Lead project closeout and finalize paperwork and claims.
