J.F. Brennan Company, Inc. seeks a Senior Project Manager with strong civil/marine construction background to lead estimating, bidding, business development, and multi-project oversight.

The candidate will coordinate with crews, vendors, and clients to ensure efficient progress, while applying sound project controls and leadership. The role requires a BS in civil or related field, 10+ years of construction experience (marine preferred), and willingness to travel up to 80% depending on project

Qualifications

• Required B.S. in civil engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of construction industry experience.
• Marine construction experience preferred and strong leadership.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with crews, contractors, vendors, subcontractors, and customers to keep projects on track.
• Plan, interpret, and implement design and construction methods.
• Track daily progress, manage operations, and review submittals.
• Track costs to meet project budgets.
• Identify new business opportunities for Brennan Services.
• Travel to job sites up to 80% based on project type.
• Perform other duties as needed.
