You will lead project teams, manage schedules, budgets, and safety, and build strong relationships with public and private owners. The role requires at least ten years of leadership on complex projects, deep foundation, pile driving, and dam or bridge work, with proven ability to drive results, negotiate with stakeholders, and mentor staff.

Qualifications

• Ten years of experience managing marine or heavy civil infrastructure projects.
• Experience leading large teams on complex marine environments.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, cost control, procurement and VE.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight for multiple marine and heavy civil infrastructure projects.
• Lead project teams in planning and execution of deep foundations, pile driving, cofferdams, and bridges.
• Maintain full financial accountability, including cost control and margin protection.
• Develop and update detailed project schedules and ensure alignment with objectives.
• Lead contract administration, change management, and negotiations with owners and subcontractors.
• Travel to active job sites up to 80% as required.
