Job summary

Graphcore is establishing an AI Engineering Campus in Austin, seeking a Manufacturing Test Engineer to own and optimize server hardware test across board and system levels. You will partner with ODMs to define test strategies for L6 board-level production, ICT, MDA, and board functional tests, and to scale L10 system-level tests for high-volume server manufacturing.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of hands-on experience in manufacturing/test engineering, deep knowledge of Linux-based test

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in manufacturing test engineering or production test development.
Experience with high-volume server manufacturing or similar computing hardware.
Strong knowledge of ICT, MDA, and board functional test; diagnostic execution.
Experience working with ODM/CM/JDM manufacturing partners.
Linux-based test environments, scripting, log collection, and failure triage.
Understanding server hardware, firmware, and test fixture requirements.

Responsibilities

Define and deploy manufacturing test strategy with ODM partners for board-level and system-level tests.
Develop, validate, and release board functional tests into ODM manufacturing environments.
Define pass/fail criteria, data collection, retest rules, and failure handling processes.
Support NPI, pilot builds, and production ramp.
Drive quality metrics, containment actions, and root-cause investigations with cross-functional teams.
