Job summary

Graphcore is establishing an AI Engineering Campus in Austin to drive the future of AI computing and advanced server hardware production. We seek an experienced Manufacturing Test Engineer to own board- and system-level test strategies, partnering with ODMs to optimize ICT, MDA, and board functional tests while ensuring scalable production readiness.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in manufacturing test engineering.
• Experience with high-volume server manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of ICT, MDA, and Board Functional Test.
• Hands-on Linux-based test environments and scripting.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver an L6 board-level test strategy with ODMs.
• Develop, validate, and release board functional tests in ODM environment.
• Support L10 system-level manufacturing test deployment.
• Define fixture, test station, and data collection requirements.
• Drive yield improvement and root cause analysis with partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure test readiness.
