Job summary

QualStaff Resources is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Test Engineer for the Medical Device Manufacturing Industry in Irvine, CA. The role focuses on leading manufacturing test programs, validating equipment and processes, and ensuring data-driven test execution.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree (Master’s preferred) in a related engineering field, 5–8+ years of experience, and strong Python automation skills, with hands-on experience in FAT/SAT IQ/OQ/PQ testing and DAQ/sensor/PLC-based

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s (Master’s preferred) in Electrical, Mechanical, Biomedical, or Computer Engineering or related field
• 5–8+ years of manufacturing test engineering experience
• Advanced Python programming skills for automation and data analysis
• Experience leading in-house FAT/SAT and validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), Factory Acceptance Testing System design experience highly preferred
• Knowledge of test equipment such as DAQ, sensors, PLCs, and automation systems
