Job Description

The Senior Manufacturing Engineer leads cost, safety, service (business continuity), and/or quality projects by managing budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful implementation. Supports compliance projects related to these areas and leads the innovation, development, and optimization of manufacturing processes. Responsibilities include scouting and feasibility work, material and process selection, equipment installation, and process optimization to enhance manufacturing operations.

Designs sequences of operations, specifies procedures for fabrication, and develops manufacturing processes, procedures, and layouts for assemblies, equipment installation, processing, machining, and material handling. Provides technical support in manufacturing areas, recommends equipment and process modifications to meet quality standards, and reviews product development requirements for compatibility and cost-effectiveness. Collaborates with product design and development teams to ensure process and design compatibility.
