Responsibilities

• Assemble metal cases with rivets, brackets and hardware.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and documentation.
• Test, inspect and package product.
• Perform metal finishing and prototype work as needed.
• May train others after demonstrating competency.
• Lead responsibilities: guide cell personnel and ensure production needs are met.
• Inspect products and administer first piece checks.
• Resolve production issues with support teams.
• Schedule and line manning support.
• Develop and train operators; manage skills matrix.
• Request tooling, supplies and materials.
• Identify AI use cases to improve productivity and quality.
