Mendaera, Inc. seeks a Senior Manufacturing Technician to join our on-site team in San Mateo, CA. You will assemble, test and troubleshoot complex electromechanical medical devices, supporting production scaling and device shipments.

You will work closely with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and R&D to resolve issues and improve processes. The role requires strong manual dexterity, attention to detail and experience with precision assembly, cables, PCBA handling and controlled

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years manufacturing complex electromechanical assemblies.
• Experience in medical devices or highly regulated environment preferred.
• Ability to work in an ESD sensitive environment and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Assemble, configure, calibrate, test, inspect and package complex devices per procedures.
• Perform advanced mechanical, electrical, and system-level assembly operations.
• Install software, provision systems, calibrate, test and perform final acceptance.
• Maintain electronic device history records and controlled documentation.
• Adhere to procedures, quality systems, ESD and safety practices.
• Escalate issues and collaborate with Eng/Quality for corrective actions.
• Provide feedback on design, assembly sequencing, tooling, and risks.
• Assist with fixtures, tooling and test equipment maintenance.
