Job summary

Integer is seeking an assembler to perform assembly and inspection operations across a range of products. You will prepare work per MPI/QWI, gather tools, and may train teammates.

This role supports cyclical and non-cyclical work and contributes to process improvement and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include setting up equipment, performing dimensional checks, and maintaining GDP-compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• 3 years Integer related work experience and/or 3-5 years light assembly experience in a regulated industry.
• Certification for IPC soldering standards for medical device and military markets desired.
• Technical training in welding, material science, and related quality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to Integer Core Beliefs and Quality Policy.
• Sets up assembly/inspection equipment per MPI and QWI.
• Understands tasks and follows Standard Work with minimal supervision.
• Assembles parts and performs visual and dimensional inspection.
