Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation is seeking a Manufacturing Team Member II for the second shift (4:00pm - 2:30am, Monday–Thursday) to perform assembly and inspection per written procedures. The role emphasizes quality, safety, and timely production in a regulated medical device environment.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of related manufacturing experience; knowledge of blueprints, microscopes, and measuring devices is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must read in English and follow detailed instructions.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree not required.
• Medical device manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up equipment for assembly/inspection per process spec.
• Read prints and assemble components; operate manual and automated machines.
• Visually/dimensionally inspect parts with microscope; report non-conformances.
• Complete required documentation and package product for shipping when needed.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities and cross train.
• Support team with on-the-job training and rotations as needed.
