Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a capable technician to support manufacturing operations. The role focuses on assembling components, maintaining equipment, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to continuous improvement within the production environment.

Ideal candidates have an associate degree or technical certification and 3+ years in manufacturing or industrial maintenance, with strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in manufacturing or technical support roles within a supply chain or production environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills to effectively maintain and repair manufacturing equipment.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety standards, and quality control procedures relevant to ISC manufacturing operations.
• Familiarity with using diagnostic tools and equipment for maintenance and repair tasks.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, schematics, and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly work using basic hand tools including screwdrivers, torque wrenches, Allen wrenches and orbital sanders.
• Mixing of epoxies and adhesives to perform bonding and cosmetics operations.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Assist in implementing process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing environment.
