Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking a Manufacturing Quality Technician III on first shift to perform inspections and testing of materials and components, supporting root cause analysis and quality initiatives on the production floor. The role partners with Quality Engineers to maintain quality systems and documentation.

The ideal candidate has strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills, with ITAR/EAR awareness.

Qualifications

• Highly organized and able to clearly communicate requirements, and partner with stakeholders to implement and/or improve processes.
• Ability to identify potential problems, collect relevant data, establish facts, and find solutions.
• Ability to work independently, with little or no supervision, but without neglecting teamwork.
• Bi-Lingual in Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

• Carry out analysis, inspection and/or tests to ensure the quality of products and components.
• Provide direct support to Quality Engineers in investigating and analyzing nonconformities (root cause analysis)
• Ensure all elements of the Return Material Authorization (RMA) are processed within the system in a timely manner.
• Supports the production floor in inspecting product at the end of the production cycle of the testing process making sure they meet quality and safety regulations.
• Support the TE Operations Advantage (TEOA) Site Lead in maintaining the site’s First Response Board (FRB) s well as TEOA initiatives.
• Maintains records according to TE Corporate Records Retention Policy and customers’ requirements.
• Support training and expertise in the above-mentioned areas
