Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Quality Engineer in Lexington, MA (relocating to Waltham, MA) to ensure our manufacturing processes and products meet quality standards through inspections and data analysis. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams on quality assurance protocols in a regulated environment.

You will drive improvements, support AS9100 certification, and lead root-cause investigations, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision making and supplier

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar technical field.
• 5+ years with OEM suppliers and manufacturing operations.
• 5+ years in aerospace/defense, automotive, or medical devices.
• Experience in ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 environments.
• Proficiency with quality core tools: FMEA, RCCA/8D, APQP, PPAP, GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Drive improvements across product design, manufacturing, suppliers, service and field to boost reliability.
• Drive QMS compliance and AS9100 certification readiness.
• Develop and improve KPIs for product quality across the lifecycle.
• Use data-driven approaches to evaluate and track quality and reliability across suppliers, manufacturing and field.
• Lead investigations and corrective actions with internal teams and suppliers.
• Support incoming inspection programs and MRB activities.
• Develop supplier evaluation, qualification and performance processes.
• Containment, audit and disposition of quality escapes.
