Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading RCCA investigations in manufacturing.
• Proven ability to drive corrective actions and CAPA.
• Knowledge of 8D and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong data analysis and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead corrective actions for quality issues across plants.
• Conduct RCCA investigations to resolve manufacturing quality concerns.
• Apply 8D, Six Sigma, and CI techniques to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams.
• Communicate issues and actions to stakeholders.
• Provide coaching on quality standards.
