You will actively manage projects, allocate resources, contribute to proposals, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver quality solutions on time, within budget, and with a strong safety focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of professional engineering and project leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of design/construction processes and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and participates in engineering of projects to meet quality, satisfaction and financial objectives.
• Actively manages assigned projects, delegating and following up as needed.
• Allocates resources and coaches staff to develop talent.
• Contributes to business development through proposals and customer meetings.
• Manages staff, conducts performance reviews and one-on-one meetings.
