Job summary

STERIS Corporation in Plymouth, MN is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to support manufacturing with preventive maintenance, equipment repair, and projects. You will develop PM plans and ensure equipment runs to schedule, mentoring mid-level technicians.

The role requires 6+ years in automated manufacturing, strong troubleshooting, ability to read diagrams, CMMS experience (Mainsaver), and collaboration with vendors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• 6 years related work experience required.
• Ability to read and understand blue prints and diagrams.
• Advanced electrical & mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• CMMS experience and familiarity with Mainsaver.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain automated manufacturing equipment and systems.
• Develop preventive maintenance plans for equipment.
• Maintain CMMS records to meet standards (FDA/ISO/OSHA/ADA/NFPA/IBC).
• Collaborate with vendors/contractors and Maintenance staff.
• Provide training to other technicians.
