Job summary

Waupaca Foundry, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional programs within the PMO, focused on casting manufacturing operations.

You will drive complex projects, manage budgets, schedules, and stakeholder expectations, and ensure alignment with quality and cost targets. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in Project Management, a Bachelor's degree, and strong leadership in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Manufacturing) or 12 to 15 years related work experience.
• 10+ years of Project Management or Design Development experience, Automotive/Equipment Manufacturing a plus.
• Must have working knowledge of computer & quality related programs and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as PMO lead for cross-functional projects in casting manufacturing operations.
• Coordinate Engineering, Operations, Procurement, and Quality to meet cost, quality and delivery targets.
• Track milestones, manage risks, and report status to stakeholders.
• Ensure designs are manufacturable and aligned with supplier capabilities.
• Develop recovery plans and communicate changes to the customer team.
• Mentor and guide other project managers and coordinators.
