Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years in manufacturing engineering, quoting and NPI in regulated environments (AS9100).
• Strong PM skills; able to lead multi-phase initiatives using stage-gate processes.
• Familiarity with DFMs, BOM management, ECOs, and pilot-to-volume transitions.
• Knowledge of PFMEA, PPAP, Lean/Six Sigma, and ERP/PLM systems.
• Proficient CAD (SolidWorks) and project scheduling tools; good communication.

Responsibilities

• Cost estimating and quoting: analyze RFQs, CAD data, cost models, and pricing inputs.
• Plan and drive multi-phase projects with milestone tracking and resource allocation.
• Lead NPI from concept to launch including DFMs, BOMs, ECOs, and transitions.
• Collaborate with tooling/production to set up equipment, fixtures, and work instructions.
• Drive quality planning: PFMEA, control plans, and PPAP submissions.
• Act as technical liaison across Sales, Finance, Quality, and Shop Floor; support supplier readiness.
