Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Project Engineer for the Air Dominance & Strike Manufacturing Engineering team to support Manufacturing Development Plan (MDP) and Product Development Process (PDP) stage gate deliverables across AD&S programs. This role spans cruise missiles, loitering munitions, and autonomous aircraft, ensuring manufacturing milestones are met on time with complete content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field.
• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering with exposure to product development processes or stage gate reviews.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and maturity across product development stages.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with program management, design engineering, quality, supply chain, and operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of MDP and PDP stage gate deliverables for manufacturing engineering across AD&S programs.
• Coordinate with PPMs, PMs, Chief Engineers, and ME managers to prepare stage gate decks and presentations.
• Track stage gate actions, risks, and readiness gaps and drive closure ahead of reviews.
• Review ME stage gate content for quality and completeness; address gaps with program teams.
• Coordinate across multiple programs and timelines to ensure gate readiness.
• Represent Manufacturing Engineering on ad-hoc cross-functional projects for design, quality, supply chain, and operations.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships with design engineering, quality, supply chain, and operations.
• Drive assigned projects from problem definition through resolution; improve stage gate processes.
