Qualifications

  • 2+ years in manufacturing/production assembly or related environments.
  • 2+ years reading and interpreting schematics, drawings, or technical docs.
  • 1+ year performing cable harness, wiring, or component installation.
  • 1+ year supporting electrical testing, troubleshooting, or hardware rework.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble electronic and electromechanical assemblies including modules, boards, panels, frames, drawers, and cable assemblies.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, and manufacturing docs.
  • Perform wiring, cable harness, component installation, hand soldering, and mechanical assembly tasks.
  • Integrate subassemblies into finished hardware and conduct final system assembly.
  • Carry out basic electrical testing, functional verification, and product inspections.
  • Support hardware rework, repairs, refurbishment, and troubleshooting.
  • Verify materials and configurations against BOMs and work instructions.
  • Maintain production documentation and support production-tracking systems.

We're seeking a Senior Manufacturing / Production Operator to support the assembly, integration, testing, and rework of advanced electronic and electromechanical systems. In this role, you'll work on complex hardware assemblies, perform precision manufacturing operations, and support production activities that contribute to critical technology programs.

What You'll Do
  • Perform assembly operations on electronic and electromechanical assemblies including modules, circuit boards, panels, frames, drawers, and cable assemblies.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, assembly instructions, and manufacturing documentation.
  • Perform wiring, cable harness assembly, component installation, hand soldering, and mechanical assembly operations.
  • Integrate subassemblies into finished hardware and perform final system assembly activities.
  • Conduct basic electrical testing, functional verification, and product inspections.
  • Perform hardware rework, repairs, refurbishment, and troubleshooting activities.
  • Verify materials, assemblies, and configurations against Bills of Materials (BOMs) and work instructions.
  • Maintain accurate production documentation and support production tracking systems.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams to resolve production issues and improve processes.

Job Requirements
What You'll Bring
  • 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, production assembly, electronics assembly, electromechanical assembly, or related technical production environments.
  • 2+ years of experience reading and interpreting schematics, assembly drawings, manufacturing instructions, or technical documentation.
  • 1+ years of experience performing cable harness assembly, wiring, soldering, or component installation activities.
  • 1+ years of experience supporting electrical testing, troubleshooting, inspection, or hardware rework activities.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
What Sets You Apart
  • Experience assembling complex electronic or electromechanical products.
  • Knowledge of polarity requirements, inspection criteria, and manufacturing quality standards.
  • Experience with hand soldering and cable harness fabrication.
