Job summary

CapstoneONE Search is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer to support development, scale-up and implementation of new manufacturing processes at its Southwest Kentucky site.

This high-visibility role will work closely with Operations, Engineering and other technical teams to help move new processes from development into production, while also supporting process improvement, equipment implementation and ongoing manufacturing performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of process/manufacturing engineering experience.
• Experience in a continuous-process manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience with process controls, P&IDs, capital projects and/or commissioning preferred.
• Hands-on ability to operate in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Support development, scale-up and implementation of new manufacturing capabilities.
• Support day-to-day operations focusing on safety, quality, reliability, throughput and cost.
• Troubleshoot process and equipment issues, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze process data and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Assist with capital projects, equipment modifications, installation and startup activities.
• Develop and maintain process documentation including P&IDs and SOPs.
• Participate in process safety reviews, risk assessments and structured problem-solving.
• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Maintenance, Quality and Engineering teams.
