Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline.
• Experience as Manufacturing/Process Engineer in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated lean problem-solving ability and continuous improvement implementations.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to manufacturing departments regarding the quality and/or performance of machinery, tooling, fixtures and gauges.
• Identifies and implements manufacturing process changes in support of the plant's continuous improvement and productivity improvement objectives.
• Reviews project work from maintenance, automation/autoload technicians, and external contractors.
• Performs root cause analyses to determine causes of line defects and engages the appropriate organization to drive improvement in line yields.
• Support and execute Lean Manufacturing efforts, i.e. develop SOP, TWI, and standard work for machine and process controls, RIE actions, 5S methodologies.
• Manage and maintain site drawings including plant layouts, P&IDs, and process flow diagrams.
