Parker Hannifin is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer to own the transition from complex engineering concepts to scalable production for next-generation data center cooling manifolds. In this role you will design and optimize assembly workflows and state-of-the-art testing systems required to guarantee zero-fail performance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in related engineering field with 5-8 years of experience.
• Advanced knowledge and ability to apply engineering concepts to multiple solution lines.
• Systematic, disciplined, and analytical approach to solving complex problems.
• Apply continuous improvement methods (pull systems, process mapping, JIT) to quality and manufacturing.
• Read and understand complex engineering drawings and GD&T.

Responsabilidades

• Manufacturing Process Flow – design complex processes to improve assembly and manufacturing goals.
• Process Improvement – lead large scope improvement projects for efficiency, yield, safety, and cost.
• Problem Solving – apply Six Sigma methodologies.
• Engineering Design Support – recommend concepts for leadership to optimize equipment usage.
• Regulatory Compliance – ensure processes comply with regulations across multiple lines.
• Remediation – investigate and take corrective actions to resolve quality issues.
