Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
- Master's degree preferred in Engineering, Business Administration, or Operations Management.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead machining operations across two facilities, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
- Direct Manufacturing Engineering team, aligning priorities with production requirements and readiness.
- Lead supporting manufacturing functions within the machining value stream.
- Partner with site leadership to execute strategy and address risks and opportunities.
- Develop and execute capacity expansion and workforce growth plans.
- Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives across operations.
