Job summary

Terumo Medical Corporation in Elkton, MD is hiring a Sr. Manufacturing Operator for 2nd shift (1:45 p.m. – 10:15 p.m.).

You will set up, operate, and maintain high-speed production equipment, ensuring quality parts and adherence to GMP and ISO requirements. Training newer operators and providing daily direction are also part of the role. The position requires a high school diploma with at least five years of production maintenance experience (AA preferred).

Qualifications

• High school diploma with at least five years of production maintenance experience.
• Prefer AA degree in mechanical or electrical discipline.
• Experience following ISO and government standards; GMP awareness.

Responsibilities

• Follow requirements of applicable national and international regulations.
• Monitor machine and product for defects per ISO/government standards.
• Maintain adequate raw material supply to machines to prevent interruptions.
• Provide daily work direction and training to other operators.
• Troubleshoot, analyze non-conformance reports and root causes.
