Job summary

Terumo Medical Corporation in Elkton, MD, is seeking an Entry Level Manufacturing Associate for 2nd shift. The position emphasizes attention to detail, adherence to SOPs, CGMPs, and GDPs to ensure patient safety and quality in a fast-paced production environment.

You will perform hands-on manufacturing tasks across coating, washing, Assembly and testing, maintain a clean area, follow quality systems, and participate in improvement meetings.

• Silicon Application
• Hand Assembly
• Infllate/Deflate (leak testing)
• RF Welding (PVC welding)
• Tube or Valve Bonding (gluing)
• Curvature Insertion
• Maintains clean work area.
• Adheres to Good Manufacturing and Good Documentation Practices
• Participates in project performance team meetings on behalf of the job unit in order to provide ideas, methods, or processes for unit/company performance improvement.
• Associate is responsible to follow requirements of TMC Quality System; including but not limited to: process controls, inspection procedures, document/data control, and change control practices.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
