Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain high-speed production equipment to produce quality product.
• Provide training to less experienced personnel as requested.
• Analyze Non-Conformance Reports and root cause analysis.
• Follow ISO and government standards and maintain proper documentation.
• Perform preventative maintenance on machinery.
• Maintain production area in a clean and orderly manner.
• Follow Terumo Quality System requirements.
• Respond to machine alarms and resolve jams.
• Set, control, and confirm process parameters.
• Assist with changeovers as needed.
