Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with relevant professional experience.
• 2+ years in engineering or manufacturing.
• 1+ years leading manufacturing, production, or manufacturing integration.
• Must be a U.S. citizen with ability to obtain interim Secret clearance and SAP access.

Responsibilities

• Oversee manufacturing, production, and prototyping at the Ogden Facility.
• Ensure safety, quality, on-time delivery, and cost targets.
• Lead continuous improvement and manage cost, schedule, and performance for projects.
• Communicate status to stakeholders and develop mitigation plans.
