Qualifications

• Senior maintenance professional with expertise in industrial maintenance and equipment repair.
• Block of at least 12 years of relevant maintenance experience, or 7 years with Associate degree or equivalent certification.
• Leads safety, housekeeping, operational excellence and mentoring of maintenance staff.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain, calibrate, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated equipment.
• Read and interpret schematics, engineering drawings, manuals, and technical documentation to diagnose and resolve equipment issues.
• Install, modify, upgrade, and commission production equipment, fixtures, and control systems.
• Analyze and resolve complex equipment malfunctions affecting manufacturing and facility operations.
• Support automation systems, machine communications, control logic, and equipment integration.
• Plan and execute maintenance and repair projects, including material identification and procurement support.
