Job summary

HRB in Lancaster, PA, is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead plant operations across production, quality, supply chain and logistics. You will report to the General Manager and drive continuous improvement, safety, cost control, and on-time delivery. This senior role requires 10+ years in manufacturing operations (8+ years leading teams) and a Bachelor's or an Associate with additional years.

U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a U.S.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of manufacturing operations experience with an Associates or Bachelors Degree (15+ years considered in lieu of degree)
• 8+ years leading multi-disciplinary teams in a complex manufacturing environment
• Experience supporting U.S. Government projects is a plus
• Strong knowledge of production, supply chain, quality, logistics, and safety regulations
• Exceptional leadership, communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
• U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Security Clearance

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all plant operations to ensure on-time delivery, quality, safety, and efficiency
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, cost reduction, and operational excellence
• Manage cross-functional teams including Production, Quality, Materials, Scheduling, and Logistics
• Develop and execute operating budgets, CAPEX plans, and annual operational strategies
• Support new product introductions, process improvements, and equipment implementation
• Build, coach, and develop supervisors and employees while fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
