You will lead operations staff, drive continuous improvement, and partner with leadership on capacity planning and strategic initiatives.

Formación

• Experience in operations management within manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Knowledge of quality systems and standards, preferably ISO 9001:2015, and familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma.
• Strong leadership to coach and develop diverse teams while fostering a safety-focused culture.
• Proficiency in using operational and ERP systems, data analysis tools, and basic Microsoft Office applications for reporting and planning.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on meeting customer requirements.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for working with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
• Prior experience in metal stamping, machining, bearings, or similar industrial manufacturing is preferred.
