• Lean Six-Sigma knowledge is highly desirable and experience with quality improvement methods is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops procedures to streamline and optimize manufacturing operations.
• Leads RCCA analyses on quality defects and implements corrective actions.
• Performs technical studies and analyses to optimize production processes and tooling needs.
• Mentors entry level OE staff and coordinates cross-functional projects.
• Applies Lean principles to manufacturing methods as a team member or leader.
