Bloom Energy in Fremont, CA, is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our on-site team. The role supports night shift operations with a 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM schedule, five days a week, reporting to the Senior Manager, Human Resources.

Key responsibilities include partnering with manufacturing leaders, advising on employee relations and performance, and driving engagement and culture across shifts. A bachelor’s degree and 6–8 years of HR experience in manufacturing are preferred.

• 6–8 years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and employee relations best practices.
• Ability to influence leaders and provide strategic HR guidance.
