Job summary

The Boeing Company in Everett, Washington is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Manager (Level L) to join the 737 North Line Team. This role partners across functions to drive safe, high‑quality aerospace production while promoting accountability, trust and teamwork.

The manager will lead first‑level managers, develop plans, secure resources and drive improvements, upholding Boeing Values and Behaviors in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing.
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership role leading inclusive teams, initiatives and projects to meet business objectives and influence change.
• Ability to work any shift including weekends and overtime.
• 3+ years of experience in lean processes and initiatives.
• 3+ years of experience in coaching, guiding and mentoring teams.
• 3+ years of experience in working to lead and develop teams to execute to safety, compliance, quality and cost.
• 3+ years of experience working within a cross-functional organizational environment.

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for safety and quality-minded Senior Manufacturing Manager (Level L) to join the 737 North Line Team in Everett, Washington.

A manager in this role will develop cross-functional partnerships to achieve team and program goals while developing a work environment that promotes accountability, trust, teamwork, quality and safety.
