Job summary

Grifols is seeking a Sr. Supervisor, Manufacturing in North Carolina to oversee a manufacturing operation and drive continuous improvement. You will coordinate daily production, act as SME with partner groups, and ensure compliance with cGMP and safety requirements.

The role requires strong leadership and problem‑solving skills, with experience in FDA/USDA environments. You will contribute to budgeting and lead projects to optimize processes and efficiency.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree plus 5 years of proven technical/project management and leadership experience in a FDA, USDA environment.
• Masters degree plus 3 years of proven technical/project management and leadership experience in a FDA, USDA environment.
• Experience in FDA/USDA environments may be substituted with equivalent qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities associated with the production plan for an assigned area.
• Lead interactions with partner groups (Maintenance, Quality, Tech Doc Support) to address deviations and errors.
• Plan and organize specific job assignments per cGMP and schedule; oversee Training and Documentation.
• Lead CI initiatives to drive production performance and cost control.
