Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Business, Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years combined leadership and supervisory experience.
• Ability to communicate professionally and openly with a diverse audience.
• Ability to prioritize, organize and delegate work.
• World class manufacturing knowledge.
• Quality system knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and coach manufacturing leaders, ensuring alignment with objectives.
• Provide regular feedback to empower leaders.
• Be accountable for safety, quality, on-time delivery, productivity and budget of assigned production groups.
• Address staffing issues and resolve personnel differences equitably.
• Identify staffing and capital needs through data collection and reporting.
• Model SEL Values and World Class Manufacturing Principles.
