Umoja Biopharma seeks a Senior Manager of Manufacturing to lead our Drug substance fill and Drug product manufacturing team at the Louisville, CO facility. This senior role reports to the head of Manufacturing and supports growth as our clinical pipeline advances.

The role requires strong aseptic, process transfer, and leadership skills, with duties in launch readiness, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration across QA, QC, and supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in life sciences or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of cGMP manufacturing experience for Manager level.
• 12+ years for Senior Manager level with 6+ years of people management.

Responsabilités

• Lead drug substance fill and drug product manufacturing operations.
• Oversee launch readiness planning and process improvements.
• Mentor DP/DS teams and ensure aseptic techniques and quality systems.
• Coordinate internal and external tech transfers and risk reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement and on-the-floor support ~25% time.
