Gradian Thermal Solutions is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to provide strategic financial insight across a multi-location manufacturing network. You will partner with plant leadership, operations, supply chain, and corporate finance to forecast, analyze performance, and identify cost improvements.

You will build financial models, deliver actionable recommendations, and present findings to stakeholders, driving better margin and productivity decisions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• Five or more years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis or related finance roles.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ability to synthesize data from multiple sites and deliver practical insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels.

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across locations.
• Analyze plant-level and consolidated results, explain variances and trends.
• Develop financial models for capital investments, make-vs-buy, and pricing decisions.
• Prepare dashboards, scorecards, and executive-level presentations.
• Improve reporting processes through automation and governance.
