GTN Technical Staffing is seeking an experienced Program Manager in California to lead enterprise-wide transformations, with a focus on a major ERP implementation and business transformation program across Operations, Engineering, Finance, and IT. The role requires strong executive presence and proven leadership in cross-functional environments.

• 7+ years of progressive program management experience.
• Manufacturing industry experience required.
• Experience working directly with C-level executives and senior leadership.
• Strong vendor, consultant, and implementation partner management experience.
• Knowledge of program governance, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, dependencies, and change control.
• Experience leading organizational change initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex, cross-functional enterprise programs from planning through execution and stabilization.
• Develop and manage integrated plans covering scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Lead ERP implementation, including process design, testing, data readiness, training, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Coordinate Manufacturing, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, and other stakeholders.
• Manage ERP vendors, implementation partners, consultants, and other third parties.
• Establish program governance, accountability, change control, risk management, and issue resolution.
• Communicate program status, risks, budgets, milestones, and decisions to C-level executives and senior leadership.
• Drive organizational change, stakeholder engagement, training, and user adoption.
• Identify and resolve roadblocks while maintaining accountability across internal and external teams.
• Lead additional manufacturing and operational improvement initiatives, including cost reduction, DFMA, continuous improvement, supply chain optimization, and process transformation.
