Job summary

GTN Technical Staffing is hiring a Program Manager to lead manufacturing and ERP transformation initiatives in Van Nuys, California. This onsite role focuses on coordinating major technology and process changes across Operations, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain and IT.

You will own scope, schedules, budgets, and risks, drive cross-functional programs, manage partners, and ensure execution readiness through stabilization while collaborating with executive leadership.

GTN is currently hiring for a Program Manager – Manufacturing & ERP Transformation*

Location: Van Nuys, CA

Work Arrangement: Onsite

We’re seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead major business, technology and operational initiatives for a growing manufacturing organization. An initial priority will be a significant ERP implementation, followed by additional manufacturing and business transformation programs.

You’ll partner with executive leadership, coordinate teams across Operations, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain and IT, and hold implementation partners accountable for delivery.

• Own program scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks and dependencies.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams and provide clear executive updates.
• Manage vendors, consultants and implementation partners.
• Drive change readiness, training and adoption through implementation and stabilization.
• Support operational improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of progressive project/program management experience.
• Manufacturing industry experience required.
• Proven leadership of complex, cross-functional programs.
• Experience working directly with executives and managing external partners.
• Strong program governance, communication and organizational change skills.

Highly Preferred: Full-cycle ERP implementation experience. Epicor Kinetic is a plus; experience with SAP, Infor, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics or comparable manufacturing ERP platforms is also relevant.
