Job summary

Hologic, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Technician 3 for first shift (Monday through Friday) in Marlborough, MA.

You will support Manufacturing and Engineering by identifying and troubleshooting process, material, or equipment issues to minimize downtime and implement effective solutions. You will develop, assemble, procure, and modify tooling, fixtures, and equipment to ensure efficient production methods and support manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or technical certificate required.
• Minimum of five (5) years related experience preferred.
• Soldering skills preferred.
• IPC certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, test, calibrate, and repair production and prototype equipment.
• Document test and repair results with Operations and Engineering.
• Provide emergency and scheduled repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Train technicians on maintenance and calibration of equipment.
• Fabricate cables, PCBAs, and fixtures to support operations.
• Execute verification protocols and prepare verification reports.
• Perform failure analysis investigations and document findings.
