Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Hands-on experience maintaining and repairing industrial equipment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems including 120V-480V three-phase power.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Capable of diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Proficient with diagnostic tools and machine shop methods.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on industrial machinery, motors, pumps, conveyors, and pneumatics.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Maintain and repair electrical equipment, motors, drives, and control systems.
• Identify failures and implement repairs independently.
• Read schematics and technical manuals; follow equipment specifications.
• Fabricate replacement components using shop tools when needed.
• Maintain facility infrastructure including lighting and ventilation.
• Support maintenance on compressors, boilers, HVAC systems, and building utilities.
• Document activities, repairs, and parts used via work orders.
• Monitor equipment condition and report safety concerns.
• Keep inventory of tools, parts, and supplies.
• Follow OSHA, LOTO, and safety procedures; collaborate with production to minimize downtime.
