Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 7+ years of engineering and/or personnel management experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to solve complex projects.
• Self-directed, highly motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Customer-focused with ability to understand and respond to client needs.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop project engineers across Manufacturing, Instrumentation, Testing, and Design.
• Set standards for how engineering work is planned, quoted, and delivered.
• Oversee workload and ensure on-time delivery across all departments.
• Standardize cross‑departmental reporting and reviews cadences.
• Support kickoff meetings and customer updates with consistent guidance.
• Collaborate with Finance on budget and rate analysis.
• Build engineering talent through hiring input, mentoring, and development.
• Drive continuous improvement and R&D initiatives across departments.
