Job summary
Pentangle Tech in Dodge Center, MN is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to lead tooling design, process improvement, and production support. You will work on weld tooling, 3D CAD layouts, and standard work instructions to optimize flow and reduce cost.

Qualifications
- Must have Engineering degree and strong manufacturing/industrial engineering background.
- Experience with weld tooling, templates, and associated components.
- Proficient in 3D CAD design and fabrication tooling development.
Responsibilities
- Design & implement weld and assembly tooling.
- Perform assembly process planning and layout.
- Develop and validate material handling equipment.
- Create & update standard operating procedures and work instructions.
- Develop manufacturing process flows and cost-reduction initiatives.
- Conduct systematic layout planning and production planning & control.
- Support Lean implementation and 5S line activities.
- Engage with vendors for project requirements and follow up.
