Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in manufacturing/industrial engineering.
• Weld tooling/templates and parts/components experience.
• 3D CAD experience with SolidWorks, Creo, or CATIA.
• Tooling and fixture design/implementation experience.
• Work instruction and time-study experience.
• Weld and assembly tooling design/implementation.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Handle weld tooling/templates and their parts/components.
• Design and implement weld and assembly tooling.
• Perform assembly process planning.
• Design material handling equipment, carts, templates.
• Create and update standard operating procedures, CN and DOU.
• Develop manufacturing process Flows targeting cost reduction.
• Support layout planning, production planning, and control.
• Design racking systems and validate load capacity.
• Develop special-purpose tools for productivity gains.
• Support quality gauges and material flow standardization.
• Conduct daily project follow-up with customers.
• Provide 5S line support for implementation.

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer with strong expertise in manufacturing/industrial engineering, tooling, fixtures, weld tooling, 3D CAD, work instructions, and time studies. The candidate will provide complete manufacturing and industrial engineering support, including tooling and material handling equipment design, process planning, lean implementation, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle weld tooling/templates and their parts/components.
• Design and implement weld and assembly tooling.
• Perform assembly process planning.
• Design material handling equipment, carts, special-purpose devices, and templates.
• Create and update standard operating procedures, CN and DOU for processes.
• Develop manufacturing process flows focused on cost reduction.
• Support systematic layout planning, production planning, and production control.
• Design racking systems for material stack-up.
• Validate racks and carts based on load capacity.
• Design special-purpose tools for productivity improvements.
• Support quality checking gauges.
• Support material flow and process standardization.
• Conduct daily project follow-up and interact with customers.
• Provide 5S line support for implementation.
