Lockheed Martin Space in Titusville, FL is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join the FBM team. You will help develop manufacturing processes, write work instructions, and optimize production layouts for naval reentry systems.

The role emphasizes automation, data-driven improvement, and collaboration across engineering disciplines. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree or higher, prior FBM or reentry experience, and a DoD Top Secret clearance (US citizenship).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Prior FBM or other Reentry Program experience preferred.
• Secret clearance required prior to start with ability to obtain and maintain an active DoD Top Secret; US Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multiple engineering disciplines to generate and oversee technical work instructions and related documents for Navy Reentry Systems sustainment.
• Review internal and external drawings, source documentation and work instructions for reentry projects.
• Deliver data products to operating facilities and provide project-level tasking, scheduling inputs and risk analysis.
• Provide problem investigation support for support equipment and hardware issues related to reentry systems.
