Qualifications

• Familiarity with Lean, 5S, 8D, FMEA, and 5 Why problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for ASML products.
• Identify and resolve production issues to maintain high standards.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to improve workflow.
• Monitor data to drive continuous improvement and reduce waste.
• Train operators and technicians on best practices and standard work.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
• Conduct impact analyses of cycle time, throughput, and material flow.
• Perform industrial engineering studies including layout and work content assessment.
• Use SPC and process capability analysis to reduce variation and defects.
• Generate reports and communicate findings to leadership.
