Job summary

Path Robotics in Columbus, OH is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to shape how we build robotic welding cells as we scale. You’ll lead lean and continuous improvement on the build floor and help plan production layouts for the new facilities we’re moving into.

You will collaborate with supply chain and build leadership to ensure layouts support today’s volume and planned growth, driving value through efficient material flow and standardized work.

Qualifications

• Experience leading lean and continuous improvement on manufacturing floors.
• Ability to design and optimize production layouts for new facilities.
• Ability to map current and future state value streams and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead production layout planning for new buildings from concept to move-in.
• Partner with supply chain and build leadership to support current volume and growth.
• Plan and manage transition of production into new space with minimal disruption.
• Design intra-factory material flow from receiving to shipment of finished cells.
• Map current and future state value streams and use data to drive improvements.
• Lead kaizen, 5S, and standard work to reduce lead time, WIP, and cost.
